    长寿

    关于长寿得名,有一个广为流传的故事:明代洪武年间,当朝宰相戴渠亨,一次下乡察访民情,路过今长寿区新市镇河石井,突遇大雨滂沱,便在酒店歇息躲雨,得见酒店对面一家庭院张灯结彩,鼓乐齐鸣,笙歌不辍,人来客往,十分热闹,正待问个究竟。却见一位老翁,满头白发,银须齐胸,年约九十有余,来店沽酒,自称是给爷爷做寿。这位宰相听后,兴趣油然而生,便向老翁问道:“令祖父高龄几何?”老翁笑答:“我的祖父正满一百五十岁”。宰相越发惊奇,正欲细问,又见一个年约四十多岁的中年人来到老翁面前,口称爷爷,给你送来雨伞。片刻,又有一个儿童蹦蹦跳跳欢天喜地前来,称送伞者为爷爷,要他回去拜寿行礼。宰相在这里再也按捺不住,于是亲赴寿翁家祝贺,宾主动寒喧中,主人察颜观色,深感来人谈吐不凡,遂取出文房四宝,请其题词留念。宰相亦不推诿,接过笔来,龙飞凤舞地写下“花眼偶文”四个大字。主人不解其意,向他请教,宰相便以每个字为句首,写下四句诗:
    花甲两轮半,眼观七代孙;
    偶遇风雨阻,文星拜寿星。
    下方落款是:“天子门生门生天子”。主宾们才恍然大悟,方知客人是当朝宰相,又是皇帝的老师,大家不由肃然起敬。
    戴渠亨通过察访,了解到乐温县土地肥沃,物产丰富,山青水秀,景色宜人,民风淳朴,热爱劳动,百岁老人比比皆是。便回朝奏明天子,从是年九月开始,遂改乐温县为长寿县。

    不过我在这里待了一周却没感觉是长寿之乡。每天面对的是机器和厂房,除了钢铁就是化工,全是重工,高高的烟囱没日没夜的冒着白烟。很多重工是从重庆搬过来的,因为重庆要建宜居城市,被冒着白烟的城市显然不是宜居的。所以这些重工企业都纷纷外迁。重庆的天空倒是蓝了...

    我不清楚现代技术多大程度上缓解了污染,但是长寿这地方,估计不会再有传说中的故事发生了。
